21 Judicial Center is headquarters for the Boulder-Springs Public Safety departments. These departments include BSMPD (Boulder-Springs Metroplex Police Department) in the north wing, MetroComm (Metropolitan Communications which dispatches all emergency services) in the basement Strategic Command Center, and MetroFire (fire department) in the south wing. The elite MCID (MetroPlex Criminal Investigations Division) occupies one floor in the police wing of the building. |
