In the center of the Boulder-Springs financial district, 1100 17th Avenue is home to Damien Holdings and Davis-Utley Investment Bankers. The gold building in the background, 1200 17th Avenue, symbolizes the center of the finanicial district and his home to a number of investment services companies.

This unusual building is the headquarters for BEAST, Boulder-Springs Easy Access Speedy Transportation system. The animal statue on the steps is temporary, part of a marketing test for the transportation district.

21 Judicial Center is headquarters for the Boulder-Springs Public Safety departments. These departments include BSMPD (Boulder-Springs Metroplex Police Department) in the north wing, MetroComm (Metropolitan Communications which dispatches all emergency services) in the basement Strategic Command Center, and MetroFire (fire department) in the south wing. The elite MCID (MetroPlex Criminal Investigations Division) occupies one floor in the police wing of the building.

One Metro Center is known for an unusual holiday display that draws people from hundreds of miles around Boulder-Springs. All key municpal government functions take place in this twelve-story structure.
